Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using StatsPadi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. StatsPadi provides informational football analytics and statistical modeling.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use StatsPadi.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

3. NATURE OF SERVICE (IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER)

• Not a Betting Platform: StatsPadi is a statistical analysis tool. We do not accept bets, facilitate gambling, or provide a platform for wagering.
• Not a Livescore App: StatsPadi does not provide real-time, play-by-play live score updates. Our data is focused on pre-match and post-match analytical modeling.
• Informational Purposes Only: All "predictions," "probabilities," and "analysis" generated by our AI are statistical estimates for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for gambling, wagering, or financial decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any outcome.
• No Financial Advice: The information provided should not be construed as financial or professional advice. Users assume all risk for any decisions made based on the App’s data.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDITS

• RevenueCat Integration: Payments are processed via third-party stores (Google Play). We utilize RevenueCat to manage entitlements.
• Credits: AI Analysis may require the consumption of digital credits. Credits are non-refundable and have no monetary value outside the App.
• StatsPadi Pro: Subscription tiers provide enhanced access. Cancellation is managed via your app store account settings.

5. ADVERTISING

• Presence of Ads: StatsPadi may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob).
• Third-Party Content: We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.

6. LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StatsPadi for personal, non-commercial use.
• All content, trademarks, branding, software, and underlying models in the App are owned by StatsPadi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI models.
• Use the App for any illegal activities or to promote unauthorized gambling.
• Bypass any credit-based restrictions or entitlement checks.

8. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

We may suspend or terminate access to StatsPadi if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for legal, operational, or security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. REFUND POLICY

• Google Play Handling: All financial transactions, including subscriptions and credit purchases, are processed and managed by the Google Play Store.
• No Direct Refunds: StatsPadi does not directly process refunds. Any request for a refund must be submitted through the Google Play Store's refund system. Eligibility for refunds is determined by Google's own refund policies.
• Apple App Store: For purchases made on iOS, refund requests must be submitted through Apple's refund system at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility is determined by Apple's own refund policies.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

StatsPadi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatsPadi and its developers shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or emotional distress resulting from the use of the App or the inaccuracy of its statistical models.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date and, where appropriate, by providing in-app notice. Continued use of StatsPadi after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
