• Identity Data: Email addresses and User IDs provided via Firebase Authentication.
• Usage Data: Information on how you interact with our analytics (e.g., matchups analyzed, bookmarks created).
• Device Data: FCM tokens for push notifications and device identifiers for RevenueCat subscription validation.
• Anonymous Data: We may use anonymous sign-in to provide services; this data is tied to your device until an account is linked.
• Advertising Identifiers: We may collect and process your device's Advertising ID (e.g., Google AAID) to serve and measure advertisements.
• Ad Interaction Data: Data regarding your interaction with ads (e.g., views, clicks).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA AND LEGAL BASES

• To provide core app functionality (account access, AI-driven football analysis, saved content): necessary for performance of our contract with you.
• To manage subscriptions, credits, and entitlements: necessary to perform our contract and comply with financial/accounting obligations.
• To improve service quality and security (diagnostics, abuse prevention): based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service.
• To serve personalized advertising content: based on consent where required by applicable law (including GDPR). You may withdraw consent through your device settings or in-app consent controls where available.
• To send important service notifications (account, billing, material policy changes): necessary for contract performance and legal compliance.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

StatsPadi utilizes the following trusted third-party providers:

• Google Firebase/Firestore: For authentication and data storage.
• RevenueCat: For subscription validation.
• Ad Networks (e.g., Google AdMob): For displaying advertisements. These providers may use cookies or web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving.

Note: These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies.

5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed in countries outside your place of residence through our third-party service providers. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Users may request account deletion at any time via the Profile screen or by contacting support. Upon deletion, personal identifiers are removed from our active databases, though some anonymized transaction data may be retained for financial compliance.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. YOUR AD CHOICES (OPT-OUT)

• Device Settings: You can opt-out of interest-based advertising or reset your advertising ID through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

10. NO SALE OF DATA

StatsPadi does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

StatsPadi is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a minor in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete the data.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date and provide additional notice when legally required.
